announced it has closed a series D round of financing in the amount of
$5.4 million. Saints Capital joined 3i Corporation and Infinity Capital
as the major institutional investors in the company. This new infusion
of funds will be used to further expand Forte’s leadership position,
enhance the ESL design flow, and build the company’s worldwide presence.
